Leafield Cases Intellectual Property details

Leafiled cases designs and manufactures innovative ruggedized cases. The innovation includes new moulding methods and design details relating to modular tooling/moulds, stacking patterns, lid drainage, tie down points, document tubes, and many other moulded in features. In addition, improvements have been made to case furniture with novel features and benefits being added in relation to catches, latches and case locking. Improvements relating to the cutting and welding of cases have also been introduced. Many of these features have patents pending.

This page is intended to serve as notice of all Leafield Cases current intellectual property and the products it applies to. The Cases are manufactured using modular tooling and patent applications may apply to any single part, or multiple use of tooling sections depending upon case size/design. The relevance of each patent application will therefore be listed according to length, width or height of the case.
